AGRIBID T20 MUMBAI LEAGUE PROMOTION — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
01 Promoter
This consumer promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Agribid Private Limited, having its registered office at B-204, Kanakia Wall Street, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093 (“Agribid”, “We”, “Us”).
02 Promotion Period
Entries open at 18:00 IST, 27 May 2026 and close at 18:00 IST, 09 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this window are invalid.
03 Eligibility
- (a) Open to Indian residents aged 18 years or above as on the date of entry.
- (b) Entrant must possess valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) and produce the same at the venue if selected.
- (c) Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Agribid, the Mumbai Cricket Association, T20 Mumbai League, and their respective affiliates and agencies are not eligible.
- (d) Each individual may submit only one (1) entry. Duplicate entries (same phone number, email, or device) will be disqualified.
- (e) Winners must have the Agribid mobile application installed on a functioning device at the time of prize collection and may be required to demonstrate the same to an Agribid representative.
04 How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary
Entry is completely free. Entrants may participate by either:
Both routes carry equal odds of selection. No purchase, payment, or financial commitment is required.
05 Prize
- (a) On each eligible league-stage match-day of the T20 Mumbai Men's & Women's League 2026 held at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai between 1 June 2026 and 13 June 2026, Agribid will award two (2) individual general-admission tickets to two (2) separate winners (i.e., one (1) ticket per winner).
- (b) The total number of winners across the Promotion shall be twenty (20), calculated as two (2) winners per eligible match-day.
- (c) Each ticket admits one (1) person only. Winners must present valid Government-issued photo ID matching the entry form details at the venue, along with the ticket, for entry.
- (d) Where a match-day features more than one (1) match, the ticket will be valid for all matches scheduled on that day, subject to the venue's re-entry and seating rules.
- (e) Semi-final and final match-days are expressly excluded from this Promotion.
- (f) Match-day allocation is at the sole discretion of Agribid, based on the winner's stated availability and ticket inventory. Winners cannot choose or change their allocated match-day.
- (g) Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-assignable by any means, including but not limited to sale, resale, gifting, barter, exchange, or onward distribution to any third party. Any attempt to transfer, resell, or commercially exploit the ticket shall result in immediate cancellation of the prize without compensation, and Agribid reserves the right to notify the venue and organisers.
- (h) Prizes are non-exchangeable and carry no cash alternative.
- (i) Agribid shall not provide or reimburse any transport, travel, accommodation, food, beverages, parking, or any other incidental expense. Winners are solely responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of their travel to and from Wankhede Stadium and any other related expenditure.
06 Selection of Winners
- (a) Winners will be selected by a random electronic draw conducted by Agribid from among all valid entries who indicated availability for the relevant match date.
- (b) Draws will be conducted on a rolling basis, with each match's winners drawn approximately 48 hours before that match.
- (c) A total of two (2) winners will be drawn per match day. The number of winners drawn for each match-day will be determined by Agribid based on entrant availability and ticket inventory, with the total not exceeding ten (10) winners per match day.
07 Notification and Confirmation
- (a) Winners will be notified by phone call and email using the contact details provided in the entry form.
- (b) Winners must confirm acceptance within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt.
- (c) If a winner is unreachable, does not confirm within the said period, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. This process may repeat until the prize is allocated or the deadline lapses.
08 Prize Collection and Venue Conditions
- (a) Winners must collect tickets in the manner communicated by Agribid (digital ticket / collection point) and present valid photo ID matching the entry form.
- (b) Entry to Wankhede Stadium is subject to the rules of the Mumbai Cricket Association and T20 Mumbai League organisers, including security checks, prohibited items lists, and gate timings. Agribid is not responsible for denial of entry due to non-compliance with venue rules.
- (c) Each ticket admits one (1) person. Children's entry policy is as set by the venue.
09 Match Cancellation, Postponement, or Abandonment
In the event of any match being cancelled, postponed, abandoned (including due to weather, force majeure, or organiser decision), Agribid shall have no obligation to provide a replacement prize, cash equivalent, or compensation of any nature.
10 Tax
Any tax liability arising from the prize, including but not limited to TDS under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be borne by the winner. Agribid reserves the right to deduct applicable TDS before transferring the prize, or to require the winner to deposit the TDS amount, and to issue Form 16A.
11 Data Privacy
- (a) Personal data collected (name, phone, email, age, city, ID details if applicable) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion, communicating results, and complying with legal obligations, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- (b) By entering, you consent to such processing.
- (c) Marketing communications from Agribid will only be sent if you have separately opted in.
- (d) Data of non-winners will be deleted within 90 days of the Promotion's conclusion. Winners' data may be retained for tax and audit purposes for the period required by law.

12 Use of Name and Image
Winners agree that Agribid may publish the winner's first name and city on Agribid's website and social media for transparency. Any further use of name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes will require separate written consent.
13 Disqualification
Agribid reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or in breach of these terms, without notice or refund.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agribid's total liability arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall not exceed the face value of one (1) ticket. Agribid is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by any entrant or winner during travel to, attendance at, or return from any match.
15 Sponsor / Organiser Acknowledgement
This Promotion is conducted by Agribid alone. The Mumbai Cricket Association, T20 Mumbai League, and Wankhede Stadium are not organisers, promoters, or guarantors of this Promotion. All match-day matters remain with the official organisers.
16 Modifications and Cancellation
Agribid reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice if required by law, force majeure, or operational necessity. Any changes will be published at https://www.agribid.ai/league-sponsor-t20mumbai#terms.
17 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
18 Acceptance
By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
